Respect to FDNY
The 2011 September 11th, we will celebrate the 10th anniversary of the tragic attack.
10 years already! The morning of September 11th, at 8:46 AM the American Airlines Flight 11 crashed into the North Tower of the Twin Towers. It was the total panic moreover the NYPD (New York Police Department) and the FDNY (Firefighters Department of New York) came for evacuate the Towers. But eighteen minutes after, at 9:03 AM, the United Airlines Flight 175 crashed inside the South Tower. This same tower collapsed at 9:59 AM, and the North tower at 10:28 AM. It was very impressive and many TV in the world watched this event Live! There was a big black smoke around this place, which was named “Ground Zero”.
The Firefighter were been true Heroes because they risked their lives to save the most of people who were into the building. It was very difficult for them to evacuate. Yet they saved a lot of people but 343 firefighters died into the building for save people. That’s why, they were and theyare today Heroes!
Actually, they were capable of extinguish fires or save the persons who are injured. But there, they were incredible in the towers it was the panic and all people wanted to go out the building. The firefighters evacuated the most people possible and they saved a lot of lives.
That’s why; the Firefighters were the Heroes of the USA! They were compared to Captain America or Superman. They took a real risk to save people and for this, they were fabulous heroes. All America said to them a very big: Thank You!
